2 oz Dry vermouth
1 oz Crème de violette
1 tbsp Cool whip
One egg white
½ oz Sexycat marshmallow liqueur
½ oz Frankincense simple syrup (see recipe below)
5 lemon drops crushed to a fine powder
1 Peeps marshmallow for garnish
Combine everything except Peeps in a cocktail shaker with
ice and shake vigorously to smooth any chunks of Cool Whip that may be inclined
to form. Use a mortar and pestle, a Magic Bullet, or a coffee grinder to crush
lemon drops to a fine powder suitable for rimming. Rim the martini glass with
lemon drop preparation, fill with cocktail, and garnish with one Peeps
marshmallow on the rim (partially cut up the center to help ‘straddle’ the
martini glass upright). Drink in the springtime freshness and start your day
off right!
